About the Role
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems for advanced products, including EO/IR gimbals and small UAS platforms. This role owns electrical system architecture, performs digital and analog circuit design, creates and maintains schematics and technical drawings, and supports system integration and testing. The Electrical Engineer works hands‑on with electrical test equipment, provides technical oversight across design and integration efforts, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure electrical performance, reliability, and quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong experience in electrical design, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Proficiency with electrical design tools and software.
Hands-on experience using common electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, power meters, and related tools.
Ability to create, interpret, and review schematics and technical drawings.
Preferred:
Leadership experience, either in an electrical discipline or in cross-functional teams.
Bid and proposal development experience.
Experience in the design, integration, and testing of digital, analog, and mixed-signal electrical systems.

Assess and ensure electrical design performance, reliability, and quality.
Perform digital and analog circuit design.
Define and own the electrical system architecture, including subsystems, harnesses, and interfaces.
Provide technical oversight for electrical systems design, development, integration efforts.
Create and maintain technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Develop interface assemblies, adapters, test systems, and cabling.
Support system integration and testing activities.
