About the Role

The Program Integrator plays a key role in driving program execution by partnering closely with Program Managers, cross‑functional teams, and leadership. This position ensures alignment across cost, schedule, and technical objectives while supporting day‑to‑day program coordination and long‑term planning. The Program Integrator develops and maintains program schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics; manages assigned projects and budgets; supports proposal and capture activities; and facilitates communication through reviews, presentations, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior program management and/or program integration experience.
  • Experience using financial, scheduling, and program management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  • Proven ability to balance cost, schedule, and technical performance during program execution.

Preferred:
  • Advanced degree.
  • Bid and proposal development experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Exposure to the full program lifecycle, from capture through closeout.
  • Experience working with multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support program execution by working closely with Program Managers and organizational leadership.
  • Interface with program teams, operations, functional organizations, and leadership as needed to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate program meetings, reviews, and leadership briefs. 
  • Develop, maintain, and report dashboards and performance metrics to support program execution and continuous improvement. 
  • Manage assigned projects and associated budgets, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Develop internal and external presentations, reports, and program communications.
  • Support bid and proposal activities, including planning, data development, and coordination. 
  • Coordinate customer and leadership visits to company facilities in Tucson. 
  • Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Master Phasing Schedules, and related program planning artifacts.
